The California Alliance for Digital Equity (CADE) has taken a position on key bills that either advance or block our digital equity priorities this year:

AB 470 (McKinnor) - OPPOSE: CADE opposes AB 470, which would allow AT&T to abandon its “Carrier of Last Resort” (COLR) commitment to providing basic telephone service to California residents.

AB 1414 (Ransom) - SUPPORT: CADE supports the AB 1414, which ensures California residents are able to choose which internet service provider they use for broadband services in their homes.
